This Distance Sales Agreement is made between ivisaksa, located at Akşemsettin, Kınalızade Sk. No:21/A, 34200 Fatih/İstanbul, and the buyer who confirms the purchase through our website.

Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of the visa services purchased by the buyer through ivisaksa’s website.

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
The buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information for the visa application process. The buyer acknowledges that the visa issuance is at the discretion of the respective consulate or embassy, and ivisaksa does not guarantee visa approval.

Delivery of Services
Upon the successful submission of the required documents and payment, ivisaksa will process the visa application and provide the service within the stipulated time frame. Any delays caused by the consulate or embassy are beyond ivisaksa’s control.

Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of the purchase without providing any reason. However, if the service has been partially or fully delivered within this period, the buyer may not exercise this right.
